Free Summer Play Day bringing family fun to Fort St. John

Families in Fort St. John will have a chance to enjoy a day of free outdoor activities before summer winds down.

Big Summer Play Day with ORBIS Sports is set for Sunday, Aug. 23, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., with activities taking place at Centennial Park, Festival Plaza and the Kids Arena Fieldhouse.

Organizers are encouraging residents to bring their families and friends and spend the day outdoors.

Big Summer Play Day is being supported by ORBIS Sports, the Fort St. John Petroleum Association and AAA Safety.

The event runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 23, at Centennial Park, Festival Plaza and the Kids Arena Fieldhouse in Fort St. John.
