Mounties ask for public assistance in finding witness to November 2024 truck robbery

Fort St John RCMP is asking for the public’s help in identifying a witness to an aggravated assault and robbery from November of last year. 

Police said the victim’s truck was stolen during the incident on 89th Avenue in the city on November 6. 

They identified a potential witness through their investigation, who is described as a male with stubbly facial hair and a slender facial structure.

On the day of the reported assault, the witness was wearing a blue toque with a blue collared coat that was zipped up.  

The investigate is ongoing. Anyone with information to identify the witness is asked to contact RCMP.
