Man wanted on three warrants in Fort St John

The RCMP is asking residents to assist in locating Adam Patrick Byrne, a man who is wanted on three warrants.

He is wanted by police for breaking and entering with intent and two incidents involving mischief under $5,000 – this crime occurs when a person damages, destroys, or interferes with the function of another person’s property.

The 40-year-old man is described as Caucasian, 5 foot 10, weighs 130 lbs., with brown hair, blue eyes, and light stubble.

If Byrne is convicted, he may be charged with an indictable or summary offence, depending on the severity of the crimes.

Anyone with information about Bryne’s location is being asked to contact the Fort St John RCMP detachment. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers by phone or on their northern B.C. website.
