Missing teen found safe.

Original Story: July 2, at 5 p.m.

The RCMP in Fort St John are asking for the public’s help in finding Makeda Bandy, a missing 14-year-old girl.

She was last seen in the city on the first, and was reported missing to police yesterday, according to their statement.

The RCMP described Bandy as a Caucasian woman who is 175 cm, or 5 feet 9 inches, tall and weighs 150 lbs. Her eyes are blue, and her hair is “colour-streaked.” She wears glasses and a ring in her septum piercing.

The Mounties said they are concerned about Bandy’s wellbeing.

Police are asking anyone with information about the missing youth, or her location, to contact their detachment in Fort St John.
