Sterling Scott
Sterling Scott is often described as a high-energy performer and a crowd favorite, his material stems from his experiences with relationships, family, current events, his out look on life and the world, and those awkward moments that people from all walks of life that we can all relate to.
Sterling’s material stems from his experiences with relationships, family, being a father, current events, his out look on life and the world, and those awkward moments that people from all walks of life can relate to. Sterling has traveled all across Canada the U.S. and even over seas with notable performances as a finalist in the San Francisco international comedy competition in 2013, winner of the Edmonton international comedy festival “young guns” competition 2013, finalist in the Seattle international comedy competition 2014, performing for the troops in Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan, and Dubai. Sterling has performed at most major Canadian comedy comedy festivals including Just for Laughs, Halifax, Winnipeg, Edmonton & the Sudbury comedy festivals. As a writer and actor Sterling has worked on season twenty of the Canadian comedy television show “This Hour has 22 minutes”. Most recently he was a finalist in Canada’s Got Talent and was the recipient of the Golden Buzzer
Sterling was born in Scarborough Ontario and now currently resides in Edmonton Alberta. Raised in a single parent family with five brothers and sisters, with a mother born in Trinidad and Tobago who had to raise her kids in Canada stand up comedy is not only natural to Sterling, It’s a way of life!
Tesh Aytenfisu
Tesh Aytenfisu is an up-and-coming stand-up comedian from Edmonton, Alberta. He has performed all over North America on multi-city tours, and featured in shows and festivals from Victoria to Montreal, and was recently a finalist in the CBC’s Top 100 Next-Up Comedians.
Tesh draws inspiration from his eclectic upbringing and his comedy reflects his ability to see two sides to every issue, both of which are usually wrong. He is shaped by his Ethiopian heritage and his jokes are infused with his unique Canadian perspective. He is described as fearless on stage and believes that no subject is off-limits with the spirit of levity. Audiences are drawn in by his smoothly compelling storytelling, as well as his ability to connect and laugh with strangers over wild conspiracy theories. Tesh also firmly believes in the Illuminati, as he blames them whenever he has a bad set.
Moe Aden
Moe has performed at multiple comedy festivals and is one of the top up and coming comics in the country.
