UPDATED: Missing teenager located, according to RCMP

UPDATE: The missing teen “has been located” according to an update from the RCMP.

Residents in Fort St John are being asked to assist in the search of a missing 16-year-old girl, who has not been heard from since last Thursday, Nov. 20.

“The Fort St John RCMP have reason to be concerned for her wellbeing,” the city’s police force said.

Police described the missing teenager as 5 foot 6, with a slender build, medium-length red hair, and brown eyes.

She is believed to be in Fort St John, and according to Mounties, “is associated to a white 2013 Dodge Ram pickup (truck.)”

Anyone with information is being asked to contact the city’s RCMP detachment.
