Missing 18-year-old man sought by Dawson Creek RCMP

Mounties in the South Peace region are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 18-year-old man.

David Todd Laboucan Harvey was reported missing after he failed to return on time while bound by a court-imposed curfew, Dawson Creek RCMP said in a statement. Officers are responding to a report of a breach of conditions.

Harvey is described as Indigenous, five foot 10 and 104 pounds, with short brown hair and grey eyes.

“It is believed that (Harvey) may live a high-risk lifestyle and police are concerned for his wellbeing,” the RCMP said.

Anyone who sees Harvey or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact Dawson Creek RCMP.
